Our Services & What We Treat

Orthopedic Pain
Treatment for muscle, joint, and movement-related pain whether acute, chronic, or post-surgical to help you get back to doing the activities you love.

Pelvic Floor PT
Specialized care for bladder, bowel, core, and pelvic pain concerns, focused on restoring strength, control, and confidence in your body.

Prenatal & Postpartum
Support through pregnancy and recovery after birth to reduce pain, improve core and pelvic stability and help you return safely to daily life and exercise.

Manual Therapy
Hand-on treatment designed to reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve how your body moves. Techniques may include joint mobilizations and manipulations, assisted stretching, Graston, cupping, and therapeutic taping to help you move more freely and comfortably.

Dry Needling
A targeted technique that uses thin needles to release muscle tension, reduce pain, and improve muscle function. Dry needling helps calm irritated tissues and restore normal movement patterns so your body can heal more effectively.

Corrective Exercises
Personalized exercises that address the root cause of pain, weakness, or imbalance—not just the symptoms. These movements are designed to improve strength, stability, and control so you can return to daily life, workouts, and sports with confidence.
Billing
This is a cash-pay practice, and payment is due at the time services are provided. We do not bill insurance directly; however, a superbill can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Direct Access
Texas is currently a limited direct-access state for physical therapy treatment. This means that after 30 calendar days you will need to obtain a referral from one of the following providers: physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, chiropractor, podiatrist, or a midwife.
